Today, I want to share a truly amazing journey with you. Lisa joined BBR at the start of this year and what she has achieved is truly incredible. Not only has she created a brand new body, she has completely transformed her mindset and changed her life! I’m so proud of you Lisa! Check out her progress below:

Hey BBR girls! My name is Lisa Singletary! I am 46 years old and live in central Mississippi! I’m a mom to 4 kiddos and I have a pacemaker! In January 2018 my daughter came to me wanting me to do a challenge with her! She kept saying “You can win this mama, you can really win it.” I was very iffy about it. I didn’t exercise, I barely ate at all thinking that it would help me lose weight. I remember joining the challenge thinking there was no way I could eat that much food and still lose weight, but I trusted Rachel and the girls anyway! I never once cheated and gave 100% to that challenge.
I started with the 6 week Shred on January 15, 2018, and I was blown away with my results so I had to do the next one. So then I started The bikini challenge! Then I was addicted to it so I completed the 21 day shred. And I just finished the Train Like Me challenge on July 30th, 2018.
There is so much about the challenges that I love. If I had to choose it would be that I know exactly what to eat and when to eat it. My workouts are already made, all I have to do is DO IT.
A few things I have learned about myself through my challenges:
1. Starving myself does nothing but hurt me.
2. I can do anything that I set my mind to
3. My body is so powerful. It can do things that I never imagined I’d be able to do at 46 years old, 4 kids later, and a pace maker.
My advice to other women that want to change their life… just do it. Take the risk. Give it all you’ve got. Don’t be ashamed to go to the gym, even if you’ve never been. Everyone has to start somewhere! We are all here to support you every step of the way. We are a family here at BBR. We want you to succeed and we believe in you!
My future goal is to be the healthiest that I can be mentally and physically. I would love to gain more muscle and tighten up my core! So glad I accepted the first challenge that my daughter brought to me. BBR has definitely changed my life in more ways that I could have ever imagine. So thankful for every one of you! This is my 6 month BBR story. Now, it’s time to start yours ❤️️
