If you’re wondering what my BBR Challenges are all about, you’ve come to the right place! With my biggest ever BBR Challenge beginning on Monday, I thought this would be the perfect opportunity to share with you exactly what my Challenges involve ❤️
Fitness changed my life. I simply fell in love with everything about it! I loved the way it made me look, but more importantly I loved the way it made me feel. My goal with my BBR Challenges is to help ladies from all over the world to change their lives too. The aim of my Challenge is to educate you about sustainable nutrition and training methods and equip you with the tools you need to create your dream body. While we are able to make some incredible physical changes in 6 Weeks, we are also able to completely change your mindset and introduce you to a brand new lifestyle!
How does my 6 Week Challenge work?
My new 6 Week Challenge is available for the first time in my brand new BBR App! I wanted to make the Challenge as easy-to-use as possible, putting all the information in one place with some amazing features to help you on your journey. The BBR App is available to download in the App Store and Google Play, but you need to join my Challenge to use it.
Once you’ve joined and downloaded the App, you will need to complete a Questionnaire. This includes your height, weight, age, activity level, body type, your goals and photos of yourself to allow me to create the right program for you. I believe that our bodies respond differently to different approaches, and having the right program for you is so important when it comes to making progress!
Once I’ve created your program, you will get a notification letting you know that your Challenge is ready! This is where the fun begins! August 13 is the official start date, which means you will join other ladies from all around the world as we share this experience together. The thing I love most about my Challenges and BBR overall is the amazing community. We uplift and empower each other every single day. We are capable of achieving so much and I love being inspired by you all. You also get access to my private Facebook Forum to connect with other Challenge members!
What does the Challenge include?
The Challenge can be broken down into a few main areas:
You have the option to receive personalised macros or personalised macros and a meal guide. Through the BBR App, I share everything you need to know about nutrition, as well as my recommendations to help you achieve the greatest results. Nutrition plays the biggest role in changing your body composition! You will receive guidance on what foods to eat, how much of these foods to eat, and when to eat them! I cater for all dietary requirements (vegan, vegetarian, pescetarian, dairy free, gluten free etc…), and also include a Food Swap tool in the App to enable you to select the foods you prefer. My goal is to empower you to understand that food is not a reward, it is fuel for our bodies! I recommend the eating habits that I feel are most effective and sustainable long-term, and work with you during your journey to help you understand what the right nutrition can do for you.
This is my favourite part of the Challenge! I love sharing my workouts with you all and seeing you slayyyyyyyyy! Through the App, you are able to see an overview of each workout with clear instructions, as well as a video demonstration for each exercise and a demonstration on how to complete it. Workouts are different each day and I know you are going to absolutely love these!!
Taking on a new challenge can be daunting, which is why my Challenges are a great starting point. I provide weekly videos, a check-in to assess your progress and update your program, as well as email support for the entire 6 weeks + the support of thousands of ladies in the forum! Your journey is something that should be enjoyed. It’s important that you have a positive relationship with health and fitness! We are all capable of achieving such amazing things, and part of this Challenge is unlocking the self-belief that you have inside you.
There are so many additional features in the App, including daily mindset quotes, progress trackers, and prizes to be won. It has always been my dream to create the ultimate transformation experience, and I’m so glad to be able to share this with you ❤️
