My Challenge FAQ’s!

With the start of my next Challenge approaching quickly, I’ve been receiving lots of questions!  I wanted to address some frequently asked questions, to help you decide which Challenge is right for you.

 



There are 4 Challenges, which is best for me?

This depends on your goals! There are 4 Challenges to choose from: Booty, Shred, Bikini Gym and Bikini Home. They are all different, and incorporate individual styles of training, tailored to specific goals. To read more about each Challenge, and which is right for you, CLICK HERE.

Where can I find more info about the Challenges, and what the workouts are like?

I have created an entire Challenge Preview eBook, which includes a full weeks worth of workouts, so you can try these and decide which style of training you like the best. The eBook is FREE, you can CLICK HERE to download a copy.



Will I get a personalised Meal Plan?

YES, all of my Challenges include a personalised meal plan and macros. Your Meal Plan is designed to suit your requirements, including food intolerances and tastes.

You’re Vegetarian? Don’t like Red Meat? Lactose Intolerant? No problem.

The Meal Plan is delivered to you via my brand new BBR App. The App includes some really cool features like “Food Swap”, which makes substitutions really easy.



Do I get Check Ins?

YES! You will have a check in every fortnight (2 weeks). Checking in via your new BBR App is super simple, and will help you remain accountable and motivated. After your check in you’ll receive a new Meal Plan, and all your results will be collated in your “My Trackers” area in the App.



I am a Vegan, can this be catered for?

YES, as your meal plan is personalised to suit you and your requirements, I can cater for all dietary requirements. Including Vegan, Vegetarian, Pescetarian, or other dietary requirements such as gluten or dairy intolerance.



I don’t live in Australia, can I participate in the Challenge?

YES, absolutely you can! My Challenges open Worldwide. I train clients all over the world, and have a large amount of clients in countries such as New Zealand, US and UK. If you are concerned that the foods in my diets may not be accessible to you – don’t be worried! Food Swaps are really simple in my new BBR App, so if you need to make a quick modification to suit what’s available where you live, this will be easy.



Are there different workouts every day?

YES, all of my Challenges include a 6 week training plan. The training plan includes 6 training days per week, and 1 full rest day. Every workout is different, so you will remain motivated and not lose interest!



Do I need to go to the Gym to complete these Challenges?

YES and NO. You have the choice!

The Booty Challenge requires a Gym to complete the program.

The Shred Challenge can be completed without complex gym equipment. The Shred Challenge only requires a small amount of equipment: skipping rope, ankle weights, cables, kettlebell, barbells, dumbbells and a cardio machine (e.g treadmill, stationary bike).

The Bikini Challenge has a choice of Home or Gym Workouts. Yeah, we’re flexible 😉



I’m on Holidays until after the start date, can I start later?

YES, you sure can! The official start date of the Challenge is the 21st of May. However provided you have purchased your program and submitted your questionnaire before the 20th of May, you are more than welcome to start when you are ready. Please note, you must submit your final photos by the end of the Challenge to be eligible to win (even if you start later).
