Thank you for all of your support. As BBR continues to grow and introduce new programs, we understand that it can get a little bit confusing knowing what’s the best way to contact us.


We are managing lots of clients, and lots of programs running at the same time – and Rach and the team are under SERIOUS demand!


We are currently working on some new processes that will make communicating with Team BBR easier! We are creating libraries of content with your frequently asked questions on Training and Nutrition, so you can find instant answers on as many topics as possible. We will send these to you as soon as they’re ready.


There is a lot of you, and a small, close knit team of us – and we want to provide you the very best service at all times. To streamline this, we wanted to clarify the best way to get in touch with us.



Contacting Us


Team BBR is in the BBR office every day, and is contactable all week! We ask that you please email your queries to the appropriate email address (depending on which program you are doing). This allows us to manage our girls, and get back to you as soon as possible! We will respond to you within 24 hours if you email us.


Please don’t send training/nutrition questions about your plan via Instagram, Facebook or in the Facebook Forum. We get inundated with messages, comments, etc – and these are easily missed. We would hate for you to think we have ignored you if we simply didn’t see your message!


When you email us, please give us as much info as possible.


“I don’t have a meal plan”


is much harder to respond to than…


“I have sent my Week 4 Check In, but haven’t received my updated Meal Plan yet.”


Please also include your full name! This will help us to find your file and information easily. Lots of ladies have different names on their Facebook/Email accounts, so this makes it easier for us to know who we are talking to.

Check Ins are on Thursday and Fridays, and you will check in every 2 weeks.


You will be sent a Check In reminder on Wednesday, and then have 48 hours to supply your Check In. These will be worked on and sent back to you as soon as possible!


All days/times referenced are Australian Eastern Standard time, so this may vary in your time zone if you are an international client. It is not Thursday and Friday in your time zone (this may be our weekend).


Please note that if you Check In late, you will not receive your updated plan until Monday of the following week. We need weekends too!


Check Ins for Challenges (E.g 6 Week Bikini Body, Shred or Booty Challenge) are dictated by the Challenge start date – and we will communicate with you via email when it is time to Check In on your Challenge.



The Forum


The BBR Facebook Forum is a positive, supportive place where ladies can interact with each other and share advice and tips. Only positive vibes are welcome in the forum! Team BBR members are in the forum, and we love seeing your posts and offering advice where we can. However please note, especially during challenge times, our resources are dedicated to current clients first – and we can’t be available in the forum at all times.   The forum is a free service you are welcome to utilise at all times.
