TEAM BIKINI

Do you dream of an hourglass shape?
Are you chasing a coveted #WTB ratio?

If this is you, jump aboard TEAM BIKINI – my 6 Week Bikini Body Challenge is for you.

If we aren’t born with an hourglass shape, the good news is that there are things that we can do to help us “create” those beautifully feminine curves that we all seek. To sculpt your Bikini Body, we will focus on three areas.

1.  SHOULDERS AND BACK
This will give them a beautifully strong structure and shape, also creating some width across the top of our body, which, in turn will cause a tapering down to our waists (think of an upside-down triangle).

2.  WAIST AND CORE
Once we have created some width in our shoulders, we need to ensure our waist and core is nice and tight so that it appears small. In order for this to happen, we need to strengthen our cores with lower back, oblique and abdominal exercises. We also need to focus on burning the fat around the midsection; this will be done with both Fasted Cardio and HIIT Training.

3.  BOOTY
Now that we have our upper bodies covered, we need to create some curves. By targeting the glutes and working the thighs you we are able to create curves in all the right places.

TEAM BIKINI IS FOR YOU IF:

This challenge suits both those ladies wanting to trim down, and those ladies wanting to bulk up

WHAT’S REQUIRED:
There is a HOME or GYM option available with this program
Home Program only requires: Ankle Weights, Booty Bands, Skipping Rope, Exercise Ball, Dumbbells

THE TRAINING SPLIT INCLUDES:
Resistance/strength training to sculpt muscle definition
Core training and stability work
Sculpting and shaping glute workouts
HIIT workouts for fat burning

 

 

TEAM BOOTY

How does tight, toned legs and shapely glutes sound?

For a lot of women, their lower body is their “problem area” – and that’s where this challenge really comes into play.  Come August 13th, Team Booty will be undertaking my 6 Week Build a Booty Challenge. If you choose this Challenge, you better be ready to work.

This challenge is not for the faint hearted. You will be doing a combination of resistance and HIIT workouts, specifically designed to nail your lower body, and achieve maximum results – FAST!

TEAM BOOTY IS FOR YOU IF:
You want bigger glutes
You love lifting weights
You want to sculpt and tone your legs and booty
You want to build muscle but also stay lean
You want to eat more and still lose fat
Have tried everything and are still struggling to grow your glutes

WHAT’S REQUIRED:
There is now a HOME and GYM Option available for Team Booty.
The Gym Training Plan requires a well equipped gym with equipment – plus you’ll need Booty Bands & Ankle Weights.
The Home Training Plan requires only a small amount of equipment, you’ll need: Dumbbells, Skipping Rope, Booty Bands, Ankle Weights, Exercise Ball, Bench

THE TRAINING SPLIT INCLUDES:
Weighted HIIT sessions for fat burning
Plyometric movements for lean legs
Muscle specific splits for muscle growth (e.g glutes, quads)
Cardio options

 

 

TEAM SHRED

Are you wanting to shred body fat?
Do you want to feel lean and tight?
Do you want to achieve a total body transformation?

If this is you – WELCOME TO TEAM SHRED!
Team Shred will be completing my 6 Week Shred Challenge.

Prepare yourself for 6 weeks of heart rate raising circuits, specifically designed to put your calorie burn into overdrive. Paired with resistance workouts and personalised nutritional planning – my 6 Week Shred is the answer to your fat loss prayers

TEAM SHRED IS FOR YOU IF:
You are looking to lose fat
You are short for time
You love HIIT training
You want to achieve great results without complex gym machines
You are looking to tighten and tone
Have tried everything and still cannot get rid of that stubborn fat

WHAT’S REQUIRED:
There is no HOME option for Team Shred, butt here is very little equipment required for the 6 Week Shred.
You will need access to: Barbell, Dumbbells, Skipping Rope, Resistance Band, Booty Bands, Ankle Weights.
If you have access to this equipment, you could do Shred from home!

THE TRAINING SPLIT INCLUDES:
Full body HIIT circuits for fat loss and toning
Purely weighted upper and lower body sessions to sculpt your muscles
