I have received your payment, thank you – now I need some information from you to get started on your program!

Before we start, please take three photos in togs, undies, tights or crop top and bummers whatever you feel comfortable in. You will be taking photos each fortnight and sending them to me!


Once you submit your photos and questionnaire, you will receive your first plan in 2-3 business days to your email address provided. You will continue to track your progress fortnightly and send all check in’s to me via my personal email below.
