If you’re looking to sculpt lean legs, grow your booty and burn unwanted body fat, this is the Challenge for you.  

Meal Plan Guide

I will provide you with a Meal Plan Guide that is suited to your goals.  The right nutritional approach will allow you to make the most significant progress, which is why I will provide you with an easy-to-follow meal plan. For more advanced ladies, you can now choose from my ‘Macro’ option. Eating right has never been so simple!

Ladies, this Challenge is based on your measurements, body type, activity levels and history – not your medical conditions. Conditions such as Pregnancy, Breast Feeding, Hyperthyroid, Hypothyroid, PCOS etc are not specifically advised for as part of this Challenge. If you have a medical condition, we would recommend you consult your Doctor before undertaking this program and only commence once you have been approved to do so by a medical professional. 

Shred:  Skipping Rope, Ankle Weights, Cables, Kettlebell, Barbells, Dumbbells and a Cardio Machine (e.g Treadmill, Stationary Bike).

Bikini Body Gym: You will require standard gym equipment to complete this Challenge, plus Booty Bands and Ankle Weights

Bikini Body Home: Ankle Weights, Booty Bands, Skipping Rope, Exercise Ball & Dumbbells

Booty Gym:  You will require a well equipped gym with machines (like Leg Press, Smith Machine, etc) for this Challenge, plus Booty Bands and Ankle Weights

Booty Home: Dumbbells, Skipping Rope, Booty Bands, Ankle Weights, Exercise Ball, Bench
